ملکی تاریخ میں پہلی مرتبہ انتخابات لڑنے کے خواہاں ہزاروں امیدواروں کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد

 

امیدواروں کی اسکروٹنی کے عمل کے دوران ملک بھر سے قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے ہزاروں امیدوار الیکشن لڑنے کیلئے نااہل قرار دے دیے گئے





لاہور (اُردو پوائنٹ اخبارتازہ ترین۔ 30 دسمبر2023ء) ملکی تاریخ میں پہلی مرتبہ انتخابات لڑنے کے خواہاں ہزاروں امیدواروں کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد، امیدواروں کی اسکروٹنی کے عمل کے دوران ملک بھر سے قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے ہزاروں امیدوار الیکشن لڑنے کیلئے نااہل قرار دے دیے گئے۔ ہم نیوز کی رپورٹ کے مطابق ملکی تاریخ میں پہلی مرتبہ ہوا ہے کہ عام انتخابات لڑنے کے خواہاں ہزاروں افراد کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد کر دیے گئے ہوں۔

بتایا گیا ہے کہ 2018 کے انتخابات کے موقع پر ملک بھر سے قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے الیکشن لڑنے کے خواہاں کل 1800 امیدواروں کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد کیے گئے تھے، جبکہ عام انتخابات 2024 کے موقع پر یہ تعداد ہزاروں میں ہو گئی۔ ملک بھر سے قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے الیکشن لڑنے کے خواہاں 3 ہزار تاہم ملک میں عام انتخابات کیلئے کاغذات نامزدگی منظور یا مسترد ہونے کے فیصلوں پراپیلیں دائر کرنے کا حق ابھی باقی ہے، یہ اپیلیں اتوار 31 دسمبر سے دائر ہوسکیں گی۔ 30 دسمبر کو ملک بھر میں عام انتخابات کیلئے کاغذات نامزدگی جمع ہونے اور منظور یا مسترد ہونے کا مرحلہ مکمل ہوگیا ہے۔ ریٹرننگ افسران کی جانب سے صوبائی اسمبلیوں کے حلقوں کے 2 ہزار سے زائد جبکہ قومی اسمبلی کے حلقوں کے 1 ہزار سے زائد امیدواروں کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد کیے گئے ہیں۔

ریٹرننگ افسروں کے فیصلوں پر اپیلوں کا عمل 3 جنوری تک جاری رہے گا اور 10جنوری تک اپیلٹ ٹریبونلز میں اپیلوں پر سماعت اور فیصلے ہوں گے۔ انتخابی شیڈول کے مطابق امیدواروں کی حتمی فہرست 11 جنوری کو جاری کی جائے گی اور کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لینے کی آخری تاریخ 12 جنوری 2024 ہو گی۔ امیدواروں کو انتخابی نشان 13 جنوری کو جاری کیے جائیں گے اور 8 فروری کو پولنگ ہوگی۔سے زائد امیدواروں کے کاغذات نامزدگی مسترد کر کے انہیں عام انتخابات 2024 کیلئے نااہل قرار دے دیا گیا ہے۔
